Cancellations are only possible after you have received the product. Once an order is placed, our consigned shipping company automatically begins processing it. Cancellations are not possible until the product has been delivered. Please refer to our Terms of Service.

K-SPEED products are manufactured in compliance with Thai regulations.
It is operationally impossible to apply for compliance with various regulations in all countries worldwide, and therefore, no such applications have been made.

Please provide your order number. We will check your sales history and respond accordingly.
We do not provide aftercare, warranty services, or answer questions for products purchased from other stores, such as parallel imports, personal imports, or auctions, that are not genuine K-SPEED JAPAN products.

For items with tracking codes, the delivery after shipment is handled by the post office.
