Shipping policy
The Company shall ship the Products to the Customer based on the Customer's order. However, the Company may set the shipping date on a case-by-case basis depending on the type and quantity of the Products ordered, the date and time of the order, and other factors.
Delivery will begin from the time the order is placed to the time of packing. Cancellation, etc. will be possible after delivery to the customer. Cancellations, etc. cannot be made during the delivery process.
The shipping date and the delivery date of the Product to the customer are different. Please refer to the estimated delivery time on our website before placing an order for this product. Please note that delivery may not be possible within the required delivery days by region due to weather, traffic congestion, road construction, or other environmental reasons, or due to the product's shipping period (year-end and New Year holidays, summer vacation, mid-year and year-end gift-giving periods, etc.), and that the Company shall not be held liable to the customer in such cases.

In case of damage during shipping, please apply for EMS warranty after receiving the package.
The EMS Warranty is a warranty provided by the post office for problems during delivery.
Warranty application must be made by the recipient.
It is considered as a transaction contract to apply for EMS warranty in case of damage.
If the result of the EMS warranty is not satisfactory, we will consider our warranty response and make every effort to satisfy the customer as much as possible.
If the customer does not submit an EMS warranty application, it is understood that the customer does not seek warranty and we will not cover the warranty.
