Shipping policy

The Company will ship the Products to the Customer based on the Customer's order. However, the Company may determine the shipping date in each case depending on the type and quantity of the Products ordered, the date and time of the order, and other factors. The shipping date and the date of delivery of the Product to the customer are different. When placing an order for the Product, please refer to the estimated number of days required on the Company's website. Please note that the Products may not be delivered within the required number of days for transportation by region due to reasons related to the transportation environment such as weather, traffic congestion, road construction, etc., the time of shipment of the Products (year-end and New Year vacations, summer vacations, mid-year gifts, year-end gifts, etc.), and other reasons, and that the Company shall not be liable to the Customer in such cases.
